The National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche contacted us about redesigning their outdated website which was in desperate need of a facelift after a 10-year run with a static and stale website. With the new design we knew we needed to come up with a style that paid homage to the sacred past of this special place while embracing its future as it was recently designated a national shrine and international pilgrimage destination.

Therefore the design we created possessed hints of the past with some old-world textured backgrounds while also enhancing the overall look with  eye-catching photography and a video background to showcase the shrine and provide visitors with a quick tour of these hallowed grounds.

In addition, with its new designation as a national shrine, their gift shop also needed a way to reach pilgrims from a distance by providing ways to purchase souvenirs and gifts through an online storefront. We worked diligently with the store manager to import all of the SKUs and even brought our photographer on-site for a fun, day-long catalog shoot.

The end result was a happy client with a with a new digital home.
