National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche

The development director of the Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche contacted us about a redesign of their website after 10 years of maintaining a static (and may we say stale) online presence. During our initial discovery session we discussed the need for the redesign to embrace the tradition of the past while embracing the future of the shrine and its potential expansion as a nationally recognized pilgrimage destination.

With those details in mind we set out to design a site that possessed hints of the past with some of our old-world textured backgrounds while also enhancing the overall look of the site with some eye-popping photography and an eye-catching video background which showcases the life of the shrine and captures the attention of the visitor by making them feel as though they’re already on the shrine grounds without having set foot on the property.
